If you saw these in the theater, and enjoyed them I suggest re-watching them at home on a comfy sofa with the full high-def experience.
Latest New Releases on Blu Ray Disk

Having nearly died at the hands of the sadistic psychopath known as “The Cusp,” Maya discovers that she now possesses psychic powers, and vows to use her gift as a psychic investigator. Friday the 13th – Killer Cut Extended Edition
Starring: Jared Padalecki, Amanda Righetti, Aaron Yoo, Jonathan Sadowski, Ben Feldman, America Olivo, Danielle Panabaker, Travis Van Winkle, Derek Mears, Julianna Guill, Arlen Escarpeta.
Well, Jason is back again, enough said! Freddy vs. Jason scribes Damian Shannon and Mark Swift pen the screenplay for a remake executive produced by Sean S. Cunningham (producer/director of the original Friday the 13th).
Overall an entertaining ride for all horror movie buffs.

Gran Torino – Special Edition (2 Discs)
Starring: Clint Eastwood, Ahney Her, Brian Haley, Bee Vang, Christopher Carley
A racist Korean War veteran living in a crime-ridden Detroit neighborhood is forced to confront his own lingering prejudice when a troubled Hmong teen from his neighborhood attempts to steal his prized Gran Torino.
This movie is purely in the Eastwood style, and while Dirty Harry maybe an oldie he most certainly is still a major goodie! Don’t miss this one!
Paul Blart: Mall Cop
Starring: Kevin James, Keir O’Donnell
This one is simple, if you love Kevin James and goofy comedies then don’t miss this one. In actuality, the movie is very well done and genuine and emotional, as well as, hilarious. I for one think its Kevin James at his best!
The International
Starring: Clive Owen, Naomi Watts
Clive Owen and Naomi Watts star in Run Lola Run director Tom Tykwer’s action thriller concerning an ambitious Interpol agent who targets corruption at the top levels of the world’s largest banking institutions. The world’s most powerful banks have become hopelessly corrupt, prompting Interpol agent Louis Salinger (Owen) and Manhattan assistant district attorney Eleanor Whitman (Watts) to follow a dangerous money trail from Berlin to Milan to New York and Istanbul. But as determined as Agent Salinger and ADA Whitman are to ensure that justice is served, their targets are equally determined to ensure that war and terror continue to propagate so the powers that be can continue to profit. John Woo, Terence Chang, and Jeff Lurie executive produced the film, which was penned by emerging screenwriter Eric Warren Singer. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide
He’s Just Not That Into You
Starring: Ben Affleck, Drew Barrymore, Kevin Connolly, Ginnifer Goodwin, Justin Long, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Bradley Cooper, Scarlett Johansson and Kris Kristofferson.
Ken Kwapis’ adaptation of Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo’s best-selling self-help book He’s Just Not That Into You follows the love lives of a dozen or so characters.
This star studded cast deserves a watch and it’s even better on a home theater Blue Ray player than at the movie theater.
Valkyrie
Starring: Tom Cruise, Kevin Branagh
The story of one of the many failed assassination attempts on Hitler. This movie lacked any excitement or suspense. It was badly directed and overall just plain boring. It was more like a documentary than a big Tom Cruise blockbuster.
Revolutionary Road
Starring: Leonardo DeCaprio, Kate Winslet, Kathy Bates
Titanic shipmates Kathy Bates, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Kate Winslet are together again in this tear jerker drama that was directed by Winslet’s husband the brilliant, Sam Mendes.
Not the best movie for men, but women will appreciate the drama and a look at issues within marriage and individuals as they grow together and apart. All three stars give brilliant performances with DeCaprio in extra fine form. And, if you think you will be seeing Titanic all over again, think again, this tale is nothing like it.
24 – Season 7
Starring: Kiefer Sutherland and others of course
Jack Bauer is back in it again, is there anymore to say? Oh yeah, he looks better on Blue Ray disk than regular TV.
The Machinist
Starring: Christian Bale, Jennifer Jason Leigh
This is a not to miss movie, and if you missed it at the theaters a few years back, then you should definitely watch on its latest release in Blu Ray. Christian Bale’s finest performance in this brilliantly plotted story about the effects of guilt.
Older Classics Now on Blu Ray Disk
Ghostbusters
Starring: John Belushi
Yes, the classic is now available on Blu Ray disk.
Fatal Attraction
Starring: Michael Douglas, Glenn Close, Ann Archer
Okay, if you loved watching Glenn Close lose it on regular def, you will love her 3x times more in Blu Ray high def!
The Graduate
Starring: Dustin Hoffman
This one is a tried and true classic and of course it’s better in high-def Blu Ray.
