Optical Disk
An optical disk is a medium used for data storage, like DVD, CD and Blu Ray disks. The Blue Ray disk is much different from the DVD types of disks as it consists of a ferromagnetic material that is sealed with a plastic coating.

This is due to its high storage capacity, superb performance, the best in high definition television compatibility and the fact that Blu Ray disks do not degrade like the DVD’s do so they are much longer lasting.
